How do I veiw books on e-Sword?
Mon, 07/06/2009 - 11:42
I have e-Sword v9. I downloaded books (like Foxe´s Book of Martyrs) and installed them like I do Bible versions, but I don´t see any option in the e-Sword program for reading the books. How do I access these books? If anyone knows I´d be happy to hear from them. Thanks in advance.
GOD bless,
Daniel

You'll need to make sure you click the "topic notes" tab in the commentary window.
nanodaniel,
"Foxe's Book of Martyrs" is a Topic file, which is viewed in the Commentary pane of your e-Sword program.
At the bottom of your Commentary pane is a drop down selector box which probably reads "topic.topx".
If you select the drop down arrow on the right, then your installed Topic files will be available for selection. CTRL + F3 maximizes the Commentary pane as does the "C" icon in the middle of the toolbar.
The drop down selector above the viewing area of the Commentary pane provides for chapter navigation.
God Bless!
