Greetings, Fellow e-SUrs,

e-Sword maps leave a little to be desired. A recent forum posting got me to thinking: why not a forum to help with off-site Bible map resources??!! Granted, e-S map modules would be better, but there seem to be 1) copyright issues with all maps, and 2) e-S stability issues with map graphics. So - how about a place to recommend map sites?

My thanks to Icenian for our first suggestions! Now - after you've used these, how about posting yours, and sharing the wealth of knowledge??!!

Re: e-Sword Maps

Hi, folks,

I found a few more map sites.

http://www.bible-researcher.com/bible-maps.html
http://www.painsley.org.uk/re/Atlas/default.htm
http://web.archive.org/web/20070216010525/www.preceptaustin.org/Maps_pag...
http://www.gregwolf.com/maplinks.htm
http://www.ntgateway.com/tools-and-resources/maps/

Now - how putting your favorite map sites up? Better yet - maybe God would lead one of us to get copyright permissions for some of these maps and make a map module! Could God use you?

Re: e-Sword Maps

Jonathon has recommended a map site where you can design your own maps!

http://www.biblemapper.com/

This is a program you download and then filter out what you don't want on a map. Great idea!
